In this video, I briefly explain what do I mean by a real estate business and how could my application provide help to the business.
The following series of short videos illustrates the process of closing a deal. The scenario is that a customer comes to the office wanting to offer their house for sale. So, we add that customer to the application along with his offer. After that, we get some demand and enter the information related to the demand. Finally, we find a matching demand to the offer and close the deal after approving all relavent payments.
In this video, I give a demo on how to add a customer. A customer could be an owner of a property or someone wanting to buy or rent a property.
In this video, I show how to navigate to the properties page and add the house information.
In this video, I show how to create an offer for the previously added house.
In this video, I show how to create a demand directly from a previously created offer. This method is more convenient for the salesperson compared to creating a demand from scratch.
In this video, I show how to create a demand if the demand was not for a particular offer.
If the system has couple of offers and demands, then it probably has some potential (matching) deals. So, the application would have some suggestions for the salesperson of what deals are worth going after.
Here I show how to initiate a deal from the list of suggested matches.
In deals, there's usually an advance payment which the demander pays to the owner. It's currently done through the real estate agency where they receive the payment from the demander and pay it to the owner.
In this video, I show the first part of adding the details of the received payment.
After receiving an advance payment, the real state agency pays that advance payment to the owner of the property. This video illustrates the process of recording the details of the payment.
Payments must be approved before proceeding to close the deal. This video show how to approve the payments related to the deal.
Finally, we close the deal!
It is nice to have the story of a deal in one page.
This video gives a brief overview of the deal's details page which summarizes the story of that deal.
